Award winning, Harrison Architects with Totus Construction delivered this incredible, luxury swimming pool design in Surrey, which included a leisure and gymnasium space in 2025 for a well known rockstar.

The project is a collaboration of Totus Construction, and a number of other key sub-contractors who completed the swimming pool installation. The project involved a complex planning consent, and listed building consent, as its located in the grounds of a Grade II* Listed property so heritage considerations were significant.

The site located in the grounds of a Grade II* country house dating from the 18th century and mentioned in Pevsner. Harrison Architects were commissioned to rebuild the old outdoor swimming pool, incorporating the tool, with a new gymnasium and entertaining spaces. A modern design was agreed.
