Completed in July 2019, this project started with a pair of dilapidated Victorian semis. 

A full height full width rear extension was added, and the 2 houses enlarged and converted into 12 flats, incorporating balconies to the rear elevation (image shown) and a shared communal garden. Harrison Architects managed the planning, building regulations, and contract administration on behalf of Off Piste Developments Ltd.
