Another example of our development client work. We obtained planning permission and assisted the developer with conversion of this Victorian house, creating five flats.
The property was in an advanced state of decay but rich in many period features. Re-configuration of the existing rooms and opening up of the eaves and loft spaces provided significant extra area enabling the five units.
