As a director of ORMS Architecture, Andrew managed the team developing the design for Town Planning of this see able, mixed use scheme. Comprising 515 residential units, plus 100,000 square foot of commercial space, plus significant public realm improvements including a new station plaza to the Devons Road, DLR. The project presented many challenges requiring local consultation, dealings with Network Rail, Liaison with future registered social landlords. 

The scheme contained a mix of private sale, affordable and key-worker housing, all designed to comply with national space standards. The size of the scheme, led to the then Major of London, Boris Johnson, calling the scheme in for review. 

ORMS Architecture’s client was a JV formed by Workspace Group and Glebe Holdings.
