Another example of small development housing project, rejuvenating a small site.

Previously the site was used by a small Autoparts, car servicing shop and workshop. Harrison Architects obtained the developer planning for change of use to residential with an extra storey to part of the building positioned on the function of Park View Road and Bethel Street (DA1 1RX).

The new building was divided with 3 flats in the front part, and 2, 2-bed houses with rooftop amenity spaces at the rear. The before and after photos above show the transformation achieved.
