Completed 2019

A unique small development project, created by the amalgamation of 2 sites, through a multiple Planning and prior approval process. The two buildings, a shed used by a classic car restorer and a small office Building were converted, extended and re-modelled into 7 houses, with private and shared amenity spaces. 

Completed on behalf of Fergus Homes Limited, one of our regular developer clients. This is an example of our work for developers realising incredible value on small urban sites.
